BAM! Baird Artists Management

BAM! will be truthful in all statements to the Artist.
BAM! will represent the Artist in good faith.
1. BAM! will accept no employment on the Artists's behalf without informing the Artists of his or her obligations, such as details of fees, performance conditions, etc.
2. BAM! will negotiate terms and conditions of any employment opportunities offered in consultation with Artist.
3. BAM! will recognize and uphold the Artist's prerogative to refuse any and all employment opportunities offered.
BAM! recognizes the uniqueness of the Artist's abilities.
BAM! will maintain an office, records and such materials necessary to conduct business normally deemed necessary to function as an agent.
1. BAM! will maintain an office and telephone open during all reasonable business hours.
2. BAM! will maintain proper financial books and records.
3. BAM! will make all books and records pertaining to Artists available to the Artist on a regular business day upon 48 hours notice.
4. BAM! will not mix monies belonging to Artist with monies belonging to BAM! but will keep such monies in a separate account which will be known as an Artist's Account in Trust.
5. BAM! will pay Artist his or her share of all monies received on behalf of Artist in a timely manner. All monies belonging to the Artist received by BAM! shall be faithfully accounted for by BAM! and promptly paid over to the Artist.
BAM! will agree to be equipped and to continue to be equipped to represent the Artist ably and diligently in the legitimate entertainment industry and to so represent the Artist.
BAM! will maintain the confidentiality of all dealings on behalf of the Artist both during representation and after the representation has terminated.
BAM will be available, at all reasonable hours, for consultation with the Artist.
BAM! will, upon request, make available to an Artist or prospective Artist a complete and current list of Artists represented by the agency.
BAM! will inform the Artist, upon request, of any and all activities undertaken on the Artist's behalf.
BAM! will use all reasonable efforts to assist the Artist in procuring employment in the legitimate entertainment industry.
